By using the Trelax Massage Therapy website, requesting an appointment, or receiving services from Trelax Massage Therapy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Requests & Confirmation

​

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Because Trelax Massage Therapy provides mobile services and travel time varies by location, all booking requests are subject to review.

​

Your appointment is considered confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from Trelax Massage Therapy.

​

Mobile Service Area

​

Trelax Massage Therapy provides mobile massage services throughout the North Puget Sound area, including Everett, Bothell, Marysville, and surrounding areas.

​

Availability may vary depending on location, travel time, scheduling, and other factors. Trelax Massage Therapy reserves the right to decline a booking request when a location cannot reasonably be accommodated.

​

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate service address and any parking, building-access, gate, or other arrival instructions needed to reach the appointment location.

​

Preparing for Your Appointment

​

Please provide a clean, safe, and appropriate space for your massage session. Enough room must be available to safely set up and work around the massage table.

​

Clients should disclose relevant information that may affect the safety or appropriateness of massage before or during the session and communicate any changes in comfort throughout treatment.

​

Massage Therapy Services

​

Each 90-minute session is customized based on the client's needs, preferences, goals, and what is appropriate at the time of treatment.

​

Techniques may include relaxation massage, deep tissue work, focused therapeutic techniques, hot stones, cupping, and gentle lymphatic techniques when appropriate.

​

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Trelax Massage Therapy does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medical treatment. Clients should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical concerns when necessary.

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

​

All services provided by Trelax Massage Therapy are strictly professional and therapeutic.

​

Sexual comments, requests, behavior, harassment, threatening conduct, intoxication, illegal activity, or any behavior that creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment will not be tolerated. A session may be ended immediately if professional boundaries or safety requirements are violated.

​

Trelax Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or professional boundaries of the therapist or client.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

We understand that plans sometimes change. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should provide as much notice as possible.

​

Any cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show policies presented during the booking process or communicated at the time of booking will apply to the appointment.

​

Late Arrivals

​

Because appointments are scheduled with designated travel and appointment times, late starts may result in a shortened session when necessary to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full scheduled session price may still apply.

​

If Trelax Massage Therapy is delayed due to travel or circumstances outside the client's control, the client's scheduled treatment time will not be reduced whenever reasonably possible.

Pricing & Payment

​

Current service pricing is displayed on the Trelax Massage Therapy website and/or during the booking process.

​

Payment is due according to the payment terms presented at booking or communicated for the appointment. Prices may change in the future, but changes will not alter the agreed price of an already confirmed appointment unless otherwise agreed with the client.

​

Health & Safety

​

Massage therapy may not be appropriate in certain circumstances. Trelax Massage Therapy may modify, postpone, or decline treatment when there is a reasonable concern that massage may be unsafe or inappropriate.

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and informing the therapist of relevant changes that could affect their massage session.

​

In the event of an emergency or condition requiring medical attention, clients should seek care from an appropriate healthcare provider or emergency service.

​

Personal Property

​

Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings before and during appointments. Trelax Massage Therapy is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal property except where responsibility is required by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, website content, availability, pricing, policies, service areas, and services may be updated from time to time.
